Why Choose CD Replication

Did you know CD Duplication and CD replication are two different processes.
They are both similar in some ways, they are both used to put data, eg. Video, Audio, Data into a CD or DVD but this is where the similarities end, CD Replication is used for larger runs generally over 500.

For CD Replication we use sub-master (CD-R or DVD-R) to create a glass master, this then allows a set of stampers to be made, by using injection-molding we make exact clones of the master item, A coat of reflective aluminum is added and sealed and a protective coating of lacquer hardened by ultraviolet light.

Once this process has been completed we send the discs through another process so the disc labels can be added, this process is called offset printing which produces the highest quality print for the replicated discs, offset printing uses plates and rollers to add the ink to the CD or DVD surface leaving a smooth, even finish on the disc
